Refund policy

At Klever Kiddoz, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Books
We accept returns and issue refunds for books purchased on our website, provided they are returned to us in their original condition. If the books are damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs, and you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part.

T-Shirts and Apparel
Please note that we DO NOT offer returns or refunds on any of our t-shirts and apparel items as they are fulfilled through a third-party vendor.

Please make sure that you double-check your order before you submitting it. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing, change of design, color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing chart to make sure you choose the correct size that is already attached in the products pages.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, T-shirts and Apparel purchased on our website or gift cards.
